With over 20 years experience in both commercial and corporate aviation, Jason has extensive knowledge of the industry and manages and leads the team with his broad range of skills and knowledge. Jason oversees all business relationships, strategy and company direction.

Chief Financial Officer

A Qualified Chartered Accountant, Derek joined the SkyCare team in 2006 bringing over 15 years of travel industry experience to the company. He has a strong background in strategic planning and market analysis, and is passionate about building a team through growing and leading staff.

Raynor Simich

Operations Manager

Raynor has been with the SkyCare team for over 12 years, and has extensive knowledge of the corporate aviation industry. Her industry knowledge, high attention to detail and network relationships means you will get the best service every time.

Deanna Callaghan

Customer Service Manager

Deanna joined the SkyCare team in 2006 with over 15 years of experience in the travel industry. She has held various roles in Finance, Sales Support and Customer Service. Deanna's reputation for going the extra mile for our clients makes her an integral part of the SkyCare team.

Mark Carter

Manager Airside Operations

Mark joined the SkyCare team in 2011, bringing over 20 years of aviation experience with him. As an Airline Transport License Holder, Mark knows the ins and outs of everything aviation and offers his expertise to the airside team to ensure the smooth and efficient coordination of all arrivals and departures.

Paul Aston

Charter Manager

Paul joined the team in January 2009 with over 20 years experieince in the travel industry, having owned and operated several travel and tourism agencies during that time. A PPL holder, Paul's heart and soul is Aviation and maintains trusting relationships with his clientele, providing charter solutions that work for you.
